There is a way to get at the 64-bit download for the Trial, in the 'Account Management Console'. To get to your account management console, check for the link in the original email that you received after requesting the Trial. The link should be something like, but check your original email offer. Once you are logged into your management console, then find the item for your Trial and click 'Download', which will present the details about that item. You will see a Download button, and underneath that you will see the Advanced Options - click this instead of Download, then choose the 64-bit link to download. Feb 05, 2019  Usually when Visio 2010 crashes, as it does rather frequently, the recovered file opens automatically when I launch the application after a restart. This time I lost a days work - and I had manually saved at least 3 times before the crash.
